Job summary

Belle Tire in Illinois is hiring an Automotive Technician to perform repairs across engine, drivetrain, brakes and electrical systems, maintaining safety and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment with opportunities for ASE certification, paid training, and a $5,000 signing bonus. Competitive benefits and a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• State of Michigan Mechanic Certification (Applicable in Michigan Only).
• 2 years of automotive repair experience.
• Customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs on engine, drivetrain, suspension, brakes, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations for quality and service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
