Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical issues on current model vehicles.
• Demonstrate proper utilization of systems and resources to diagnose and repair vehicles.
• Work on and/or around high voltage battery systems.
• Demonstrate ability to perform electrical and mechanical repair processes while maintaining quality standards.
• Properly utilize documentation systems, including computers or written systems.
• Collaborate and support other team members in repair activities.
• Provide feedback on repair-related activities and procedures as needed.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide feedback, resolve repair-related issues, or implement continuous improvement.
• Follow all safety guidelines related to repair procedures.
• Transport materials and/or parts to designated areas on the assembly line.
• Adapt to changing conditions, shift schedule changes, and procedural changes, including repair concepts and documentation.
• Perform safe work practices and participate in training and safety programs, reporting unsafe acts or injuries.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and electrical/mechanical interface issues.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicle parts following standard methods and procedures.
• Work on rotational shifts and overtime as needed.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Complete all repair-related activities from diagnosis to final documentation.

• Transports necessary materials and/or parts to designated areas of the assembly line.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing conditions; assignment changes, shift schedule changes and procedural changes, including repair concepts and required documentation.
• Perform safe work practices and participate in training and safety programs in a positive and proactive way by following safety rules, procedures, regulations, standards and laws. Report all unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and injuries to supervisor or Human Resources. Work safely 100% of the time.
• Able to efficiently diagnose and resolve both electrical and electrical / mechanical interface issues.
• Able to properly disassemble and reassemble vehicle parts throughout the entire repair process following standard methods and procedures.
• Must be able to work rotational shifts and subsequent overtime as needed.
• Must be able to show the ability to utilize all forms of communication, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to fully complete all repair-related activities, beginning with proper diagnosis and closing with quality confirmation and recording necessary documentation.
