Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) in Tucson is seeking an Automotive Technician to deliver reliable repairs and outstanding guest experiences in our service center. You’ll perform lubrications, brake work, tire services, and core mechanical tasks with guidance from our training program.

The role requires 1–3 years of automotive experience, ASE Brakes (A5) certification, and the ability to diagnose braking and engine issues.

Qualifications

• 1-3 Years of Automotive Experience.
• 1-2 Years of Experience working on Brake Systems.
• ASE A5 Brakes Certification required.
• ASE certifications in Engine performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems, or Heating & A/C preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to high quality standards and communicate with guests.
• Ability to diagnose braking, engine, electrical, and suspension issues.
• Perform disc/drum brake service and related repairs.
• Provide estimates using shop software; road-test vehicles before/after work.
• Keep workstation clean and presentable; support guest care during service.
• Use tools and programs (All DATA, AutoZone, NAPA, etc.) as needed.

Join us and become an essential part of delivering exceptional service to our guests.HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hoursDemonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehiclesEnsure that the service center, specifically their workstation, is clean and presentableMust be able to perform complete disc or drum brake service including, but not limited to replacing all braking components as well as performing full brake flushesMust be knowledgeable and understand the whole mechanics of the braking system, including the servicing process and must be able to answer questions from the customerMust be able to diagnose and pinpoint issues in the braking systemMust be able to diagnose the following vital components and potentially make all necessary repairs such as Engine Performance, Suspension/Steering, Electrical, Heating AC, etc.Ability to use our current computer system to provide estimates for parts and labor.
