Job summary

Sports & Imports Autos is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for our Stone Mountain team. You will diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles, perform inspections, and contribute to a fast-paced, quality-focused shop environment.

The role offers a strong team atmosphere, guaranteed weekly base pay and benefits, with 5-day weeks and opportunities for advancement. Must have own tools and solid diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on automotive experience.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Own tools required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.
• Handle brake jobs, suspension work, tune-ups, engine repairs, and electrical diagnostics.
• Diagnose drivability and check engine light concerns.
• Complete vehicle reconditioning to prepare inventory for the front line.
• Work closely with management to prioritize repairs and turnaround times.
• Maintain clean and accurate repair documentation.
• Ensure vehicles meet company safety and quality standards.

• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certifications --A1–A8 Certifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience
• Strong diagnostic skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,700.00 per week
