Role Description

The Automotive Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Ana, CA. This role involves performing routine vehicle maintenance, including inspections, oil changes, and scheduled services, across multiple makes and models. The technician will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, complete suspension and general maintenance & repair work, and ensure all services meet safety and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include using diagnostic tools, documenting work performed, communicating clearly with service advisors, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The technician is expected to follow shop procedures, uphold customer service standards, and contribute to a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

• Ability to perform diagnostics and repairs for check engine, driveability and electrical issues
• Vehicle Maintenance and routine Maintenance & Repair tasks across various makes and models.
• Hands-on experience with Oil Changes and standard fluid services.
• Knowledge of Suspension systems and related repair and replacement procedures.
• Relevant technical training or certification in automotive technology; ASE certifications are a plus.
