Job summary

DriveTime is hiring an Automotive Technician to inspect, diagnose and repair a range of vehicles across multiple makes and models. You will perform maintenance, emissions testing where applicable, and ensure precise documentation in DriveTime systems.

You will move vehicles, manage inventory, communicate repair needs to management, and uphold safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive repair experience and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with emissions testing where applicable.
• Ability to explain repairs to management clearly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform advanced vehicle repairs and maintenance; conduct emissions testing where applicable.

What You Need to Get the Job Done)*** High School Diploma or GED required; Certificate or Associates degree in automotive technology or work experience equivalent (3 years or more) in automotive repair.* Valid driver's license and a good driving record.* Must be at least 18 years of age.**Physical Requirements**The Physical demands described within are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
