Job summary

EchoPark Automotive in Roseville, CA is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our team. The Technician will perform vehicle repair and maintenance to dealer and factory standards in a collaborative, customer-focused shop.

Responsibilities include inspections, oil changes, brake work, suspensions, A/C diagnosis, and occasional engine/transmission tasks on pre-owned vehicles up to 12 years old. We offer competitive pay and a strong work environment.

Qualifications

• State certification where applicable.
• Minimum 6 months of automotive mechanic experience or completed Auto Tech School.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Respectful teamwork and positive attitude.

• 190 Point Vehicle Inspection.
• Lube, filter, flushes.
• Brake system and tire repair.
• Suspension and alignments.
• Vehicle drivability checks.
• Air conditioning diagnosis and repair.
• Light line work: gasket/seal repairs, component replacement, water pumps, alternators.
• Occasional heavy line work: engine/transmission removal/installation (no rebuilds).

EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our team in Roseville, CA. Our Technicians enjoy guaranteed pay, a very collaborative and casual work environment, very different from a traditional \"dog-eat-dog\" shop. It's fun, fair, and a great place to work. To excel in this service role, you will need excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Our technicians inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old.

• 190 Point Vehicle Inspection


• Lube, filter, flushes


• Brake system and tire repair


• Suspension and alignments


• Vehicle Drivability


• Air Conditioning Diagnosis and Repair


• Light Line work to include – Gasket and seal repairs, component replacement, water pumps, and alternators


• Occasional heavy line, engine, and transmission removal and installation, no rebuilds or overhauls

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be state-certified where applicable


• At least 6 months of previous Automotive Mechanic experience, or Auto Tech School certification


• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record


• High school diploma or the equivalent


• Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn


• Respect for teammates and a positive outlook
