Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred.
• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems.
• Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information systems.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Follow all safety policies and manufacturer procedures.
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation

Expected annual earnings: $45,000 - $150,000, based on experience, certifications, productivity, hours produced, and individual performance.

What You’ll Do
