First Stop Automotive in Ritzville Washington is looking to expand and hire a lead technician/ shop foreman.

We are a full service independently owned auto repair facility that is growing and needs an experienced tech that wants to grow with the company and become an intracell part of the business.

If you are a technician and you are reading this add, then there must be something missing from your current situation. We all know that technicians are in high demand in our industry, but that doesn't always mean you are treated and compensated fairly. Or maybe you were promised the world and it was never delivered. Well don't get discouraged, there are good shops and owners out there. We truly believe that we cant afford to let anymore good people leave the industry due to poor management and bad work environments.

• First stop needs a motivated person who knows their way around vehicles, has experience and is ready to take their career to the next level. If you are driven and hard working and take pride in your work and have passion for the industry, then we can help with the rest.
• We offer industry leading training in foreman and managerial positions. Work directly with a personal coach and the owner of the company to be guided to success as you build the skills needed to work your way up in the industry as a true professional.

First Stop has only been open a few months and has already exceeded our expectations for sales and customer satisfaction. Although the shop is newly opened, the owner has 2 other repair shops and has been in a shop owner for 14 plus years and a multi shop owner for 7years. He has spent years dialing in the process and learning the ins and outs of the auto repair industry.

We can offer compensation for relocation or additional commute time.

We are about an hour from Spokane or 45 minutes from Mosses lake.

If commuting is a consideration, we work 4 10's monday-thursday so enjoy a nice 3 day weekend every week.
