Overview

Our techs love working here. We work hard, get paid well, and enjoy our time off. We are a premium option for automotive repair so we have happy customers who choose us for a reason and plenty of nice cars to maintain. Our shop is equipped with 2 lifts per tech and we create an environment for each technician to succeed. Our unique pay plan pays you based on your individual production but a portion is bonused on team production so it keeps us all working together to get the job done. We don\'t need to lock our tool boxes and we leave before 4:30pm most days. During business hours we work our asses off but do it in a structured manner so there\'s minimal chaos.

Requirements
