Job summary

Meineke Car Care Centers in Arkansas is actively seeking technicians, service advisors, and shop managers to join our locally owned network. You will perform automotive maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics using modern equipment in a collaborative team environment.

You will contribute to customer satisfaction, safety, and quality work while engaging in ongoing training and career growth within a supportive Meineke community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior automotive repair experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems.
• Familiarity with diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, steering and suspension).
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines while handling tools and vehicle systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and assist in basic repairs on brakes and suspension.
• Perform digital inspections with iPad and document concerns and conditions.
• Communicate issues and estimates to customers with service advisors.
• Continuously update knowledge through training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Perform service on vehicles that include but are not limited to : automotive maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, Brakes, Steering and suspension, alignments, tune ups, Air Conditioning Repair and Diagnostics.
• Follow Meineke's standard operating procedures and safety guidelines while handling tools, equipment, and vehicle systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and assist in basic repairs on brakes, suspension systems, exhaust systems, and other automotive components.
• Perform mandatory digital inspections on vehicle with iPad provided, that includes documentation thru Pictures of customer concerns, safety related services, vehicle condition.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and service advisors to effectively communicate vehicle issues, repair recommendations, and estimated costs to customers.
• Uphold Meineke's commitment to customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns professionally.
• Continuously update your knowledge and skills through training sessions, workshops, and Meineke's resources to stay up-to-date with automotive industry trends and advancements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience or technical training in automotive repair is preferred.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and components.
• Familiarity with diagnostic equipment used in automotive repair.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
