Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions, Inc. in New Jersey is looking for a General Automotive Technician to service a broad range of vehicle repair issues and quickly identify the cause of performance problems.

You will perform Total Car Care and Preventative Maintenance, Remove and Replace Transmissions, and assist other technicians while communicating findings to service writers and teammates. Ongoing training and meticulous record-keeping support accurate cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a General Automotive/R&R Technician.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Own professional grade tools to service any general repair need.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
