The role involves performing repairs and maintenance on pre-owned vehicles up to 12 years old, following dealer and factory standards to ensure quality and safety for every customer.

Qualifications

• Must be state certified where applicable.
• At least 6 months of previous Automotive Mechanic experience, or Auto Tech School certification.
• Own a set of tools.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn.
• Respect for teammates and positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
• Inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old.
• Complete the 190 Point Vehicle Inspection and perform lube, filter, and flushes.
• Repair brake systems, tires, suspension, and alignments as needed.
• Diagnose and repair air conditioning, gasket, and seal issues.
• Maintain vehicle drivability and safety to meet quality goals.

EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our team in New Braunfels, TX. Our technicians enjoy guaranteed pay, a very collaborative and casual work environment, very different from a traditional "dog eat dog" shop. It's fun, fair and a great place to work. To excel in this service role, you will need excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Our technicians inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old.

• 190 Point Vehicle Inspection
• Lube, filter, flushes
• Brake system and tire repair
• Suspension and alignments
• Vehicle Drivability
• Air Conditioning Diagnosis and Repair
• Gasket and Seal Repairs

What We’re Looking For:
