Job summary

Germain BMW of Naples is seeking skilled technicians to join our team in Naples, FL. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealership vehicles using BMW diagnostics and standards, contributing to a high-performance service environment.

You will work with a strong team, participate in ongoing BMW training, and adhere to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time on-site position at a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and computing skills are essential.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must own a valid driver’s license.
• At least 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional environment or equivalent.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background check, MVR check, and maintenance of a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Receive and carry out repair orders as dispatched.
• Perform diagnostic services and troubleshoot to determine repair needs.
• Provide labor, time, and parts estimates for required repairs.
• Execute high-quality, efficient repairs on various automotive systems following BMW Center and Factory standards.
• Conduct Quality Control checks to ensure repairs meet high standards.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for repair services.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure tool accountability.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and Parts Department to ensure seamless workflow.
• Participate in continuous BMW proprietary training to stay updated on BMW technologies.
• Demonstrate behaviors that align with company values.

Job Description

As a BMW Technician at BMW of Naples, you will be at the forefront of automotive innovation, responsible for performing diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance on both customer and dealership vehicles. You'll work with cutting-edge diagnostic technologies and be part of a highly skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and carry out repair orders as dispatched.
• Perform diagnostic services and troubleshoot to accurately determine repair needs.
• Provide labor, time, and parts estimates for required repairs.
• Execute high-quality, efficient repairs on various automotive systems, including engines, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning, following BMW Center and Factory standards.
• Conduct Quality Control checks to ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for repair services.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, and ensure accountability for both dealership and personal tools.
• Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Department employees to ensure seamless workflow.
• Participate in continuous BMW proprietary training to enhance skills and stay updated on BMW's industry-leading technologies and processes.
• Demonstrate behaviors that align with our company values in all interactions.

• Must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check, MVR check,and maintenance of a valid driver's license.
