Role Description

This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance and complex repairs on BMW and/or Mercedes-Benz vehicles(Including Sprinter). Perform Video inspections, diagnostics, and system troubleshooting. Day-to-day tasks include completing scheduled services, documenting work performed, collaborating with service advisors, shop foreman and team, communicating clearly about vehicle issues and repair options. The technician will use manufacturer-approved tools and procedures, follow safety and the highest quality standards, and stay current with training and technical updates. This position works as part of a service team focused on delivering reliable, timely service and an excellent customer experience.
