Stress Free Auto Care is hiring automotive technicians in Montecito, California. We offer three levels of experience (A: 7-10+ years; B: 2-7 years; C: 6 months-2 years) with hourly wages from $25 to $60 plus performance bonuses.

We’re growing from 22 locations to 45+ by 2026 and provide a supportive team environment. You’ll diagnose and repair a variety of systems, work with a dedicated team, and engage customers with transparent, high-quality service.

• A Level requires 7-10+ years of experience.
• B Level requires 2-7 years of experience.
• C Level requires 6 months-2 years of experience.

  • $45-$60/hr + performance bonus
• B Level: 2-7 years of experience
  • $32-$45/hr + performance bonus
• C Level: 6 months-2 years of experience
  • $25-$32/hr + performance bonus
