Job summary

Uloop Inc. in Miami, FL, seeks an Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles using dealership software and diagnostic tools. You will be responsible for evaluating malfunctions and performing required repairs in a service-centered environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong problem-solving mindset, excellent customer communication skills, and a commitment to quality service. A high school diploma is required; ASE/SAE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program preferred.
• ASE certification or SAE certification preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Use your diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunctions.
• Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status and documentation.
• Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
• Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of engine, transmission, and brakes.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers clearly and concisely.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Automotive Technician to join our successful dealership service center. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You must be comfortable using the dealership’s computer software and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems. If you have a “never give up” attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
• Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
• Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
• Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications
