OBJECTIVES

Pinpoint mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues with precision—no guessing.
Perform complete and thorough repairs on all makes/models, including brakes, suspension, engine, transmission, and more.
Work directly with service advisors to explain issues and necessary repairs in a way that builds customer trust.
Identify current and potential future issues, ensuring every vehicle leaves safer than it arrived.
Keep your bay and tools in top shape to maximize efficiency.
Learn new repair techniques and technologies as vehicles evolve.
Verify that every repair is done right the first time before returning the vehicle to the customer.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Manual dexterity to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment with precision.
