WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• 3-5 years of experience in a professional shop, with a solid handle on brake work and front-end repairs
• Comfortable with diagnostics and testing — bonus if you know your way around a digital voltmeter and a scan tool
• You take DVIs seriously and understand why we do them, not just that we do them
• You're honest about what you can and can't do. We'd rather know now than find out later
• You're open to learning something new, even if it means asking for help or taking a little extra time to get it right
• You keep a level head. This is a small shop where everyone's close by, so a bad attitude has nowhere to hide
