Job summary

Pay ranges from $27–$40 per hour, with additional earnings via flag/flat-rate; junior level positions start at $22–$27 per hour base plus flag rate.

The Senior Automotive Technician is responsible for effectively and efficiently diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles while adhering to the MAP guidelines and in accordance with dealership, manufacturers, and Ramona Tire standards.

Pay Range: $27–$40 per hour in total compensation, which includes an hourly base plus additional earnings through a flag/flat-rate system.

We are open to bringing on a Junior level technican. That compensation would be $22-$27 per hour in base polus flag rate.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

• Stand up to eight hours per day in the shop and able to walk to gain access to various areas of the building
• Bend, stoop, kneel and crouch regularly throughout the day; must have full range of motion with arms and hands and be able to feel, handle or finger objects frequently
• Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly, lift and/or move up to 70 pounds frequently.
• Communicate with customers and shop personnel
• Vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and re-focus
