Amerit Fleet Solutions in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced EV Technician / Automotive Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair advanced electric and autonomous vehicle systems.

You’ll work across diagnostics, electrical, A/C, and hardware retrofits, with prioritised safety and thorough documentation. You’ll join a team that provides weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training.

Competenze

• Hands-on automotive technician experience, EV experience a plus.
• Strong diagnostic skills in electrical systems, brakes, suspension, alignment, and A/C.
• Experience with advanced vehicle hardware, retrofits, and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable using automotive tools, diagnostic equipment, and computer software.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and safety commitment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving vehicle technology.
• Ability to perform essential physical job duties, with accommodations as needed.
• Ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements, including drug screening.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $30.00–$60.00/hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Multiple Shifts and Technician levels available
• Payday: Every Friday

Work Environment:

Shop, mobile, and outdoor fleet maintenance settings. Duties may involve lifting, bending, climbing, working in confined spaces, exposure to mechanical materials and weather conditions, and operating equipment around moving vehicles.
