Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or completion of an automotive service program preferred.
• ASE certification or SAE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostics to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes.
• Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status and documenting work.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
• Conduct in-depth inspections of engine, transmission, brakes, and other systems.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Convey repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner.

• Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications

• An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred
• Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred
