A leading automotive dealer located in Wisconsin is seeking an Automotive Technician. You will perform repairs efficiently and communicate with customers about service needs. Ideal candidates have ASE or Toyota certifications and a strong automotive background. Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional service needs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
