Job summary

Tire Discounters, the nation’s largest family-owned tire business, is seeking a Service Technician to perform automotive services including shocks, struts, steering, alignments, brakes and routine maintenance.

You will contribute to daily operations, provide accurate diagnosis and repairs, and test drive vehicles before and after service to ensure safety. We offer growth opportunities, paid training, and a competitive pay plan with weekly hourly pay plus commission on labor and overtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive repair experience; ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Must have own tools; tool purchase program available.
• Ability to operate automotive machines; diagnostic scanners a plus.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods; lift up to 75 lbs; valid USA driver’s license; Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Position Overview

As a Service Technician at Tire Discounters, you'll perform various automotive services, including shocks, struts, steering, alignments, brakes, transmissions, and routine maintenance. You'll be key to ensuring the success of daily operations at your location.

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and availability to work Saturdays.
• Comfortable with occasional exposure to mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Compensation

Pay: $50,000 - $175,000+ annually (hourly + commission).
