Job Description
The Automotive Technician, reporting to the Store and Service Managers, is responsible for performing basic and advanced car maintenance and repair tasks, inspecting vehicles for potential problems, and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Applying in-depth automotive repair knowledge
• Providing high-quality service to customers
• Performing skilled mechanical work, diagnosing problems
• Inspecting, replacing, and repairing defective parts; performing preventative maintenance
• Learning new technical information and techniques to stay current with automotive technology
• Demonstrating behaviors aligned with the company's vision, mission, and values
• Adhering to all policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Maintaining a safe, clean, organized work area

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' automotive service, mechanic, or engine diagnostic experience
• ASE Certification preferred
• Technician tools required
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate vehicles
• Ability to pass drug test and background check
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work Saturdays
