This role offers steady hours, a consistent schedule, and a shop environment focused on repairs over sales. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and inventory vehicles, recondition used cars to safety standards, and work Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 40 hours guaranteed and hourly pay up to $30.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as Automotive Technician or Mechanic.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass a drug screen (THC excluded).
• Own basic hand tools required.
• Ability to use specialty shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on customer and inventory vehicles.
• Recondition used vehicles to meet company safety and quality standards.
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems.
• Perform inspections and identify necessary repairs.
• Conduct test drives when needed to verify repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow shop safety procedures and company standards.

What You'll Do

• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician, Mechanic, or similar role
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license
• Own basic hand tools
• Ability to use specialty shop equipment and tools
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen (THC excluded)
