Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems
• Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team
• Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high‑quality service
• Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement

Pay by Experience Level

• Level A: 7–10+ years of experience — Up to $45 an hour
• Level B: 2–7 years of experience — Up to $32 an hour
• Level C (Tire Tech): 6 months–2 years of experience — Up to $27 an hour

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as needed for repairs
• Have the dexterity to use hand tools efficiently
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
• Navegate a computer efficiently
