Job summary

Eddies Auto Care 2 in the United States is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our service center.

You will diagnose and repair vehicles, using computerized tablet systems to inspect and update job tickets, and perform routine maintenance as needed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and preferably an associate degree or automotive training; ASE/SAE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Associate degree or completion of automotive service technician training program is preferred.
• ASE/SAE certification is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes.
• Carry out routine maintenance such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
• Conduct in-depth inspections of engine, transmission, and brakes.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Convey necessary vehicle repair information to service writer.
