Regal Auto Care in Auburn, WA is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, inspect, repair, service and overhaul vehicle problems and maintenance. You will contribute to customer satisfaction and profitability by delivering high‑quality work with a strong team.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree or completed automotive service technician training, and may hold ASE/SAE certifications. You must provide your own tools, and be committed to ongoing education through industry classes

Qualificações

• Associate degree or completion of automotive service technician training program is preferred.
• ASE certification or SAE certification is preferred.
• Strong service and communications skills are required.
• Must supply your own tools and tool box equipped well enough to perform daily duties.

We are looking for an Automotive Technician to join our successful service center.

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for being a highly trained and knowledgeable employee able to diagnose, inspect, repair, service and/or overhaul vehicle problems and maintenance.

If you have a great attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
The technician’s responsibilities include but are not limited to a dedication to the company’s profitability and to maintaining 100% customer satisfaction. Also, responsible for following the company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual/safety policy.

Must work well with others as a team towards a common goal. She/he may have all work checked by a service advisor/manager before turned in as completed if determined necessary to ensure proper completion and guest satisfaction. Must commit to continuously educate themselves through industry-recognized classes, seminars, and tests in order to keep up with changes in the industry and new vehicles.

All diagnostic procedures, findings, recommendations, and services performed will be properly noted and documented in compliance with the procedures outlined by management

All adjustments, repairs and services will be performed in a manner as outlined in a recognized, professional publication. At no time will a minor (lesser) service be recommended when a more serious condition exists, or when the performance of a minor service may actually worsen a pre-existing condition or cause mechanical failure.

Qualifications
An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred
Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred
Strong service and communications skills are required
Must supply your own tools and tool box equipped well enough to perform your daily duties without borrowing someone else's tools. Specialty tools and diagnostic equipment may be provided by the shop
