Qualifications

• ASE certification required.
• Experience as automotive technician or mechanic; dealership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, powertrain, transmissions, and diesel engines.
• Familiarity with schematics, diagnostic software, and service manuals.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Repair powertrain components, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel engines as needed.
• Execute vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, alignment services, and inspections.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other repair tools safely.
• Repair or replace components such as belts, hoses, sensors, and other parts.
• Conduct ADAS calibrations and ensure proper functioning of ADAS systems.
• Assist with auto estimating and communicate repair findings clearly to customers.
• Maintain detailed service records and ensure compliance with manufacturer specs and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations.
