Qualifications

• Five or more years of work experience in a technical discipline with training experience.
• Professional Certification (e.g. OEM Master Technician, ASE Master Technician) or an AA degree.
• Strong automotive technical knowledge and the ability to manage classroom and workshop environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Instructs dealership technicians in theory, diagnosis, and repair of automotive systems.
• Prepares classrooms, workshops, and vehicles for training sessions and maintains training records.
• Schedules facility use and coordinates with vendors for maintenance and supplies.
• Prints rosters, tracks progress, and assists with enrollment activities when requested.
• Maintains vehicle inventory and ensures proper servicing for training sessions.
