Job description

C-Level Automotive Technician

Willis Auto LLC is looking for a motivated C-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing team.

We are an independent repair facility that works on a wide variety of vehicles and equipment, including passenger vehicles, light-duty trucks, commercial vehicles, fleet vehicles, and medium- and heavy-duty units.

We're looking for someone who has a solid mechanical foundation, takes pride in their work, is dependable, and wants to continue developing their skills. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level or developing technician who is comfortable with routine maintenance and light repairs and wants to gain experience with more advanced automotive and heavy-duty repair.

Opportunity for Advancement

We're not looking for someone who wants to stay a C-Level Technician forever. Our goal is to find someone who wants to build a career in the automotive repair industry. As you demonstrate your abilities, you'll have opportunities to take on more advanced repairs, diagnostics, and responsibilities.

We want to help the right person progress from a C-Level Technician to a B-Level Technician and eventually an A-Level Technician.

You'll also have the opportunity to broaden your experience beyond passenger vehicles by working around commercial, fleet, medium-duty, and heavy-duty equipment.

If you're mechanically inclined, dependable, willing to learn, and take pride in doing the job correctly, we'd like to hear from you.
