EchoPark Automotive is opening a brand new dealership in Orlando, FL, and is hiring a Tag & Title Specialist to manage vehicle registrations, document transfers, and title work with accuracy. You will verify funds, ensure lien releases, and prepare payoff checks in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are self-sufficient, resilient, with a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn DMV software and processes while contributing to a positive customer experience at our growing EchoPark

Job Description

EchoPark Automotive is hiring a Tag and Title Specialist for our brand new dealership in Orlando, FL opening in December 2026! Our Tag & Title Specialist will play an important role in processing car deals, verifying costs for the accounting department, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons, and handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced,fun environment, we’re looking for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Process all vehicles for registration in the state where they will be titled.
• Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications.
• Check for accuracy in the application and ensure that all information is complete.
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
