Job summary

DARCARS Automotive Group in Silver Spring, MD is hiring a full-time Tag & Title Clerk to join the accounting team. The role requires detail orientation, the ability to work quickly, and effective communication with the Accounting Manager to resolve issues.

Preferred candidates include prior automotive Title Clerk experience and active Notary Public certification. Familiarity with Reynolds systems is a plus and benefits are provided.

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Tag and Title Clerk to join our accounting team in Silver Spring, MD. We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

In this role, you will:

• Process tag work in a timely manner
• Reconcile tag and title schedules
• Understand deadlines and apply a sense of urgency to all tasks
• Communicate with the Accounting Manager to resolve any issues
• Previous experience as an automotive Title Clerk is preferred
• Active Notary Public certification is a plus
• Experience with automotive accounting or Reynolds systems is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
