Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail store management, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage a retail store location to maximize profitability by driving sales and controlling costs.
• Direct technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe vehicle repairs and maintenance.

• Track weekly earnings and performance using a digital dashboard and lead by example.
