Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager for our El Mirage, AZ market. You will oversee store performance, drive sales, manage expenses, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Responsibilities include setting goals, coaching staff, coordinating HR with recruiting, reviewing financials, and maintaining store standards. Previous retail or automotive leadership and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of team leadership in a similar role.
• Proven retail or automotive service management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clear goals.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Valid driver’s license and Sun Auto driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations and communicate responsibilities, goals, training, development, and customer service.
• Hold employees accountable for responsibilities and goals through coaching and counseling.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees in partnership with HR.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for all employees.
• Analyze and measure business trends; develop plans to maximize sales and profits.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
