Modern Mechanics in Alma, MI is seeking an Automotive Store Manager to oversee daily operations, open/close the store, write service orders, schedule, and guide the team to meet business goals. You will mentor staff and partner with leadership to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications include 3+ years of leadership in an automotive shop, service writing and scheduling experience, a clean driving record, and a commitment to integrity and teamwork. Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, opening and closing the store, service writing, scheduling, assisting customers in determining their vehicle needs, meeting business goals, leading the entire store team, and collaborating with company leadership.

Requirements
