Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in retail store management, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability: Stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Mindset: Dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel and controlling operating costs.
• Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely, high-quality repair and maintenance services.
• Communicate with customers, assess needs, provide information on repairs, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
