Job Description

The Store Manager position is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership to the store and teammates. This role supports Monro’s vision of becoming a leader in automotive and tire centers, trusted by consumers for quality maintenance and repairs.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000. This position is eligible for additional compensation and incentives, with pay based on experience.

Essential Functions

• Develop sales and technical teammates to deliver a consistent 5-star guest experience.
• Achieve sales goals by developing and implementing sales plans, and maintaining thorough knowledge of services, products, and the automotive industry.
• Introduce tire and service products to guests to maximize sales, guest satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Support teammates in establishing and maintaining a productive sales environment through training and development.
• Manage staffing needs by recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and developing teammates.
• Control expenses through managing payroll, store maintenance, supplies, utilities, and other controllable costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Management Responsibility

The Store Manager provides daily leadership to all store positions, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Technical Service Manager, Service Manager, and Assistant Store Manager. This role operates under the general direction of the District Manager.
