Pull-A-Part, a nationwide leader in used auto parts, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lafayette, LA. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead a team, ensure safety, and drive store profitability.

You will oversee scheduling, inventory, and customer relations, while growing your leadership skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. This role offers growth opportunities within a company dedicated to environmental responsibility and customer care.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, automotive, industrial, or similar environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work weekends/holidays.
• Willingness to train staff and manage scheduling.

Responsibilities
