Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in software support, testing, or diagnostics within embedded systems or automotive.
• Hands-on experience with ECU testing and diagnostics is preferred.
• Basic understanding of LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, and troubleshoot software and system issues related to ECUs.
• Collaborate with teams to analyze root causes and support issue resolution.
• Assist with Over-The-Air (OTA) software updates.
