Integro Professional Services is hiring Automotive Site Managers to join our teams working onsite with leading automotive dealerships. This role focuses on operational excellence, safety, and delivering exceptional vehicle presentation.

You will manage daily operations at assigned locations, lead a team, ensure budgets are followed, and coordinate with dealership departments to maintain top service quality while offering paid training, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work quality, resolve conflicts, and jump in on any task necessary to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.
• Maintain site cleanliness and report updates directly to the Zone Manager.

What You'll Do

As the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the operational excellence and customer satisfaction of our automotive onsite services division. You will lead daily operations at your assigned location(s), ensuring efficient processes, a safe work environment, budget compliance, and overall team success.

• Ability to safely perform the physical responsibilities associated with automotive detailing
