Haley Toyota of Roanoke is seeking a Service Porter to operate shuttle vehicles, transporting customers and vehicles between dealership locations and service areas in Roanoke, VA.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, assist passengers, maintain records, and uphold traffic laws and company safety standards while delivering courteous service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to pass background checks, and strong communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle vehicles to transport customers and vehicles safely between specified locations within scheduled timeframes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any mechanical issues or damages.
• Assist customers with boarding and exiting the shuttle, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of shuttle trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations to ensure a secure transportation environment.
