LEHR is seeking an Automotive Shop Manager - Vehicle Upfitting in Cincinnati to lead our Cincinnati operation, oversee production, and develop a high-performing team that delivers quality builds on time.

If you have leadership experience, strong technical aptitude, and thrive in a high-energy environment, we'd like to hear from you. The role includes supervising 15-20 staff, scheduling work, managing inventory, invoicing, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent - required
• Knowledge and/or experience in the automotive parts and upfitting industry a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations and production activities.
• Supervise 15-20 team members including technicians, customer service, and warehouse team.
• Schedule work and manage workflow to meet production goals.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate material needs with warehouse team.
• Provide invoicing for builds.
• Monitor labor efficiency, shop performance, and productivity metrics.
• Support customers by providing exceptional service and occasional quotes.
• Implement process improvements that increase efficiency and quality.
• Facilitate employee reviews with Shop Foreman.
• Assist with uniform sales.

We're looking for an experienced Automotive Shop Manager - Vehicle Upfitting to lead our Cincinnati operation, oversee production, and develop a high-performing team that delivers quality builds on time.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily shop operations and production activities
• Supervise 15- 20 team members including technicians, customer service, and warehouse team
• Schedule work and manage workflow to meet production goals
• Maintain inventory and coordinate material needs with warehouse team
• Provide invoicing for builds

Compensation and Benefits:

• $75k - $80k, based on experience
• Full-Time/non-exempt
