Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking an entry-level shop support teammate to assist the mechanic and mechanical department with general shop duties. You will help with vehicle disassembly/reassembly, organize parts, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, possess strong communication skills, and can adapt to a fast-paced shop. ASE certification is preferred but not required. This role offers opportunity for career advancement within a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy.
• Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management, and the ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mechanic with support
• Assist the Mechanical Department with general shop duties
• Assist with Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
• Handle and organize parts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned to enhance workflow, productivity and overall workflow and production efficiency
