Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience.
- Prior Mercedes-Benz dealership experience is required.
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a shop.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and support technicians to growth and efficiency.
- Supervise daily shop operations and technician workflow
- Collaborate with service advisors to exceed customer expectations
- Ensure repair quality, safety compliance, and OEM standards
- Perform advanced diagnostics and assist with complex repairs
