• Experience as an automotive service writer or related roles.
• Familiar with dealership service operations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and document service write-ups for vehicles.
• Coordinate with technicians and customers to gather vehicle information.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation in the CRM.
