Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude.
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours including some weekends & evenings.
• Strong computer aptitude and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers needing transportation promptly and professionally.
• Continually monitor the Service Drive to ensure vehicles are processed properly.
• Properly tag and park service vehicle's in assigned spots and write down correct locations once vehicles are parked bring repair orders to dispatch in a timely manner.
• Provides and ensures safe, reliable and comfortable customer transportation to and from the dealership, and to and from customer destinations.
• Handles basic maintenance of transport vehicles including gas, oil and ensures required inspections are performed.

The Service Valet plays a critical role in creating a positive first and last impression for dealership service customers. This position is responsible for greeting customers upon arrival, parking and retrieving vehicles, and ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles through the service department.
