Compensation includes a base pay and incentives, with extensive benefits and training opportunities to advance to Ford certifications. As a technician, you will handle repair orders, diagnose issues, collaborate with parts, supervise apprentices, and participate in ongoing factory training.

Qualifications

• High CSI is a must.
• ASE or Ford training.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and move them to the stall area.
• Perform work per repair order accurately and to standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Communicate with parts to obtain needed parts.
• Save and tag parts for warranties or customer requests.
• Inspect vehicles for additional necessary safety or service work.
• Notify service advisor if extra work is not needed or cannot be completed on time.
• Document all work performed.
• Road-test vehicles when required or refer to a test technician.
• Supervise apprentice technicians as assigned.
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes.
• Keep up with factory bulletins.
• Ensure customers' cars stay clean.
• Maintain neat shop and account for tools.
