Jiffy Lube International is hiring a General Service Technician in Marysville, WA. You will service guest vehicles, learn through our training program, and contribute to a high-quality guest experience.

Eligible applicants should have 3+ months of customer-facing experience, be 18+, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. The role offers benefits, training, and opportunities for advancement within Team Car Care.

Qualifications

• 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting

Responsibilities

• Provide quality servicing of vehicles and maintain guest satisfaction
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time guest care during all hours
• Keep the service center clean and presentable
• Guide and mentor junior technicians
• Report safety issues immediately to management
• Document all work on repair orders and follow procedures
